Big Stomach? Bad Diet!

Food can be our enemy and our friend, but in the battle of the bloating bulge it’s all out war! If your stomach is constantly bloated, especially after you eat, it could be because you’re simply eating the wrong things. Foods heavy in carbohydrates and simple sugars can produce bloat in the stomach; dairy foods are another trigger of bloating (especially for those that are lactose intolerant) and alcohol intake should be minimal if you are trying to fight stomach bloating. Also, watch the salt! Salt forces the body to hold water which will force the stomach to stretch and leave you feeling heavy.
