Your Hormones Are Being Mean

Hormones, we’ve all got them, and depending on your age, stress level or for women if it’s that “time of the month,” your hormones can wreck havoc on your body causing all kinds of damage including, you guessed it, bloating. There’s not much you can do to control your hormones, but if you notice that you get bloated after stressful work days, etc, try meditating or taking a soothing Chamomile bath to bring your stress hormones down. If it’s your menstrual cycle that’s got you blowing up, try natural diuretics like green tea to help deflate the situation.
