Chard

Trade in your leafy summer romaine for some chard. Chard has a sweet, earthy flavor that is great in soups and stews. Full of phytochemcials that have been shown to help prevent cancer—as well as being rich in magnesium and potassium—it should be a staple in your fall kitchen.
