Forget coffee, I got energy!
The strangest thing to me about running? It’s the only exercise I’ve found that actually gives me more energy. Sure, working out helps you sleep better, feel better—all that. But I never experienced that whole bounding out of bed in the morning phenomenon, until now. Even when I get home from a long run, I feel like I have more energy than I did when I started it. Strange? Totally. But I’ll take it.
