Thou Shalt Not Be Stressed
Like millions of others, I’m an emotional eater and my weakness is ice cream. Lots and lots of ice cream. Family pissing me off? Ice cream. Lousy day at work? Ice cream. Relationship issues? Two bowls of ice cream. You get the point. Being stressed out is a no-no for my fitness journey so I try my best to stay as stress free as possible and find other ways to keep the stress and over eating away. For example after a crazy day at work, I’ll walk halfway home instead of to the nearest Baskin Robbins or I’ll go out with friends after work to lift my spirits.
