Thou Shalt Limit Junk Food To Friday and Saturday Only

Look, just because I’m on this fitness journey doesn’t mean all my cravings magically disappear. I still want ice cream and Popeye’s and an ice cold Pepsi in my world from time to time and from my experience denying myself only makes the craving stronger. So I’ve designated two days for me to lightly indulge in my weaknesses guilt free.
