  1. While I do enjoy Shape I must say that I just downloaded the Ipad App for Self Magazine and am amazed. Great interactive vidoes and recipes. I now have a subscription and I’m looking forward to ramping up my workouts with these new ideas.

  2. I have always followed Self but almost all fitness and health magazines are general as hell. You never have any magazine talking to directly to you it seems
