I love these neck and shoulder stretches by Yoga Instructor Robin Downes. Simple yet necessary, when you sit at a desk for 8-10 hours per day, your neck and shoulders often become cramped. This is a great way too loosen up your muscles without drawing too much attention to yourself. And if your co-workers start staring, tell them to join in!
