If you’re along the northern East coast chances you’re bunkered down inside waiting out the effects of Hurricane Sandy.

But just because you can’t head to the gym or get your workout on outside, doesn’t mean you get to slack and spend the day drinking soda and eating snacks.
Storm days are the perfect time to get your indoor workout on. From crunches and lunges to jumping jacks and burpees, a simple movement of furniture can provide you with all the space you need to keep your fitness routine in tack.

Storm or no storm, there are no days off!!
