We’re all addicted to technology. In the age of smartphones, ipads, laptops, and video games we’re all over-stimulated. Constant electronic stimulation can affect our sleep patterns and create attention problems. Limiting your child’s access to technology for only a few hours a day could potentially help to increase focus.
