A great exercise that works out your chest and shoulders can also be done while sitting at your desk. Again, you will want to be sitting straight up with good posture in your office chair Put both of your hands on the chair’s arms for balance, and lift your bottom off the chair slowly. When you lower yourself back down to the chair, avoid reaching the seat completely; and hold the stretch. Do 10-15 repetitions or as many as you can.
