No More Overeating

Going back for seconds, thirds and fourths is everyone’s favorite thing to do during the holiday’s and at big family functions, but when you’re counting calories it helps you to push away from the table and to stop when you’re full instead of going back for more food simply because it’s there.

While counting calories will not solve all of your weight loss problems, it’s certainly a great start and something to stick with. Happy fitness!
