Jordan Burroughs

Burroughs, American world champion in freestyle wrestling, was the only American wrestler to win the gold in the World Championships in Istanbul this past September. He told TODAY, “I’m just getting mentally focused. I’m really prepared right now. It’s been a number of years that I’ve been training for this event, so it’s a huge opportunity to me, a lifestyle changer for winning the gold medal. Right now I’m just focused on the task at hand and going out there and wrestling hard.’’
