Kelly Fowler, 43, is a mother of six children. With ages ranging from 3-year-old twins, to a 16-year-old, you’d think this mother would have her hands full.
But Fowler always makes time to run. A self-described athlete, Fowler says she’s not ready to lose her athlete shape, and running also keeps her focused.
“That is my peaceful time, it’s strictly for me. I don’t carry my phone with me”, says Fowler.
Not only does running allows for peace, Fowler credits running getting her through grief as well. After she lost her 53-year-old sister to breast cancer, running helped her cope with her emotions.
If Fowler, a mother of 6 can find the time to run, what’s holding you back?
