Creamy Spiced Carrots
Serves 2-4
Equipment Needed: Blender
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 5 medjool dates
- 4 TBS virgin coconut oil
- 1″ thumb of ginger
- 1/2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla or 1/2 tsp fresh vanilla bean
- 2 TBS almond butter
- 1/2 cup spring water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
- Add water and other ingredients to blender.
- Blend on high until mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Remove from blender, either you can enjoy at room temperature, or place in food dehydrator for 1 hour to warm.
