Step Away From The Olive Oil
Ever since reports surfaced about how good olive oil is people everywhere have been cooking, dipping and pouring the stuff all over their foods.
But olive oil is calorie dense, which means every time you stick a piece of your bread in it, you’re soaking extra calories up like a sponge.
If you simply must have your olive oil, go with heart-healthy extra-virgin olive oil, but add balsamic vinegar to switch up and cut calories and boost flavor.
