Have I mentioned that I love to eat? I mean, really love to eat.

Lucky for me, this has never really been a problem, but now that I’m running so much, I can see why some runners end up gaining weight: you eat all the time.

It has taken me a while to figure out the calories in/calories out equation, even though I’m burning, like, a zillion a week. I know that just because I’m exercising a lot, that doesn’t give me license to go crazy with the comfort food.
