Snacking is a must during any type of diet. But those snacks could be setting back you two steps back, when it comes to a healthy diet. Many snacks are guilty of adding on the pounds to your body.

Dried fruit:
Put down that dried fruit, it’s high in sugar and calories. Also, drying fruit can cause it to lose its nutrients. Instead of pulling out the dried fruit, go the old fashioned route and get a fresh fruit item.
But I love Craisins so much! I know they’re bad for me, so I eat them sparingly. But sometimes they come to the rescue when I want a candy bar or cookies. If I eat a serving, then it usually keeps me from going to the store for junk.
