Take A Walk

Research has shown that people who naturally walk at a pace of one meter per second, about 2.25 mph, or faster, lived longer than their slower peers.

Now before you go out there trying to speed walk your way into a longer life, researches say that our bodies naturally pick the speed that’s best for us so trying to walk faster doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll live longer.

Either way, walking is a great way to make sure your joints keep moving as you age.
