Aging, we’re all doing it. Even on those days where we feel full of life and invincible, life reminds in in one foul swoop that we are in deed getting older.

But getting older doesn’t mean the good times have to come to a stop, and they certainly don’t mean that you can’t age gracefully and healthy.

Doing these three exercises will put you on the path to blissful old age, and if you’re lucky, like my granny, you’ll still be able to drop it like it’s hot at 75!
