Tip 6: Wear reflective gear.

In the same way that blinding rain is going to blur your vision on a run, the same goes for drivers on the road. Do yourself a favor and get some reflective stickers, a belt, or headband—anything that will help you be more visible to cars. Again, it’s better to be too careful than not careful enough.
