Tip 1: Get some chafe rub.

Of course I’d heard about chafe rub –the stuff you put between your thighs or under your armpits to avoid chafing on long runs. Guess what? In the rain, chafing is 1000 percent worse. Use a sports lube (or just some Vaseline) and lather up before you go. You’ll thank me later.
