Finding time during the day to work out can be a task within itself. A lot of people tend to work more than the typical 8 hour day, and by the time they leave work, the only thing in sight is the bed.
There are simple things that you can do to burn fat, when you have a limited amount of time.
More than likely you’re already doing these throughout your day and don’t even realize the benefits of it.
- Shopping – Did you know can burn 22 calories in just 5 minutes?
- Dancing – If you don’t have a Wii, you can always drop in at your afterwork happy hour spot and burn 45 calories.
- Vacuum – Find the biggest room in your house and pull out that Dyson. Doing so will burn 20 calories.
- Cleaning – After vacuuming, head into the kitchen and do some power cleaning. As you’re scrubbing, that’s an extra 23 calories down the drain.
