Everyone knows that strength training is a great way to burn calories, build muscle and lose weight, and for the ladies one of the places we really want to keep firmed and toned is our booty..or glutes if you want to be all technical.

One great exercise to keep your booty looking like Serena Williams’ is the glute bridge. Using a stability ball for maximum results, you simply keep your hips in the air by contracting your core muscles and glutes.

This workout may seem simple, but trust us it’s not. You’re forced to engage all your muscles with this exercise and even though after a few reps you’ll want to take a long nap, when you slide into your favorite jeans and start doing the ‘uh oh’ dance like Beyonce, you’ll be thanking us.
