Recently I read an article that laid out the 10 commandments for weight loss. Naturally the commandments listed the usual preaching such as reduce stress, eat protein at every meal, eat fruits and veggies and of course exercise.
Reading this supposed holy rule book for weight loss got me to thinking about what my personal fitness commandments are. With no two bodies created equally, taking advice and tips from friends, magazines and diet ‘experts’ is all well and good, but that doesn’t make it one size fits all.
So what are my rules? Do I even have any rules? Here’s what popped up in my head.
