Rest Up
Researchers at Columbia University discovered that people who get less than 5 hours of sleep a night are 50% more likely to be obese than those who get least 7 to 9 hours. Come winter, you may be tempted to hop in bed in your sweats under a pile of blankets. However, being too warm at night can keep you from getting a good night’s sleep. Keep your bedroom around 60 to 68 degrees to get more restful sleep. (3)
