5. All that time lost on cardio equipment.
Treadmills, stair climbers, bikes, moving sidewalks at the airport – so many ways to go … nowhere. Don’t get me wrong, I still use them sometimes (when I have no other options) but it still bums me out to run all those miles and then end up exactly where I started. At the very least I should have been a bike messenger. (Nevermind, scratch that last one – moving sidewalks are just crazy fun.)
