  • 1/4 tsp maca root
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBS fresh lemon juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend on high. Be mindful not to over-blend the bananas, as this will create a chalky taste. If you are using the soaked Irish moss, remove from water, rinse and add to blender along with all other ingredients. Njoy.

  2. Hey Lauryn, I hear you. You might want to get the dried and powdered version. Just add as much as you’re comfortable with. Usually, this would be about 1/2 – 1 tsp. The banana and nutmeg really mix well with the sea taste. You might like it, if it’s worth a try to ya. : )
