5. Eat Raw

Eating raw, unprocessed veggies and fruits, can give your body more of the power pack punch of vitamins and natural nutrients it needs to revitalize your energy and stir up your metabolism. Also, raw foods are kept room temperature or colder. So no cooking with a hot even required!
