4. Trade Places
With the change in season come other healthy and refreshing changes. Trade in your Zumba passes for a Yoga class. Or switch from high-impact cardio to weight lifting and resistance bands. Take some time to tone up this summer by focusing on low-impact body sculpting. Don’t completely abandon cardio! But on the days where it’s just too hot to endure the heavy sweat of your regular workout, stay fit with extra stretches and muscle toning.
