No matter where you were raised, or what your surroundings may be, our body images have always been telling factors in the way that we see ourselves. Many men and women remember the first time they were negatively impacted by the way another person saw their body.
Whether you want to accept it or not, body image plays a substantial role in our day to day life. There are 8 million women suffering from eating disorders, and there 8 out of 10 women are not happy with their own reflections. Even while plastic and cosmetic surgery are becoming more readily available to the average person, people shouldn’t feel pressured to resort to such body-altering tactics as a means of increasing their happiness.
