Ask For Advice
If you’re at the gym and you see someone who looks great and you’re trying to get like them … ask them how they do it. Don’t be shy or feel weird about approaching someone and asking for a little advice. Not only does it help to break the ice and start a convo, but now you’ve got a new source for fitness tips. Win, win!
These are good tips although I don’t do a whole lot of chit chatting when I am focused on getting my routine in for the day. However if you don’t know what you doing I strongly encourage folks to ask the trainers or another gym member after they have finished their set when performing an exercise you’d like to incorporate into to your own regimine.
