We all have one. That one food that gets us to cave, temporarily throwing our fitness goals to the wind for a taste.

Some people crave salty snacks, many love sweets, and others can’t live without that slice of pizza or favorite Italian pasta dish.

For me, my weakness has and always will be ice cream — and not just any ice cream, Edy’s Vanilla Bean, Cookies & Cream or Chocolate Chip ice cream. On sale, not on sale, winter, spring, summer, or fall, I gotta have my ice cream! It’s my only real weakness and gets me every time without fail. I try not to let it throw me too far off the fitness trail, but I’d be a liar if I said that creamy goodness doesn’t call my name more than it should.

  1. Carbs — mostly pasta and bread. I know I’m supposed to put down the white bread but cake (pound cake) is the devil. Red velvet will have me like the sista in the picture. DOWN AND OUT!

  2. Avocados…sure they’re healthy but the calorie count gets insane once I get past my 3rd one in a day Lol.
