As the New Year approaches many of us are going to be looking for ways to get rid of all the good food we’ve been inhaling alongside our closest family and friends. There are a ton of fad diets and quick fixes on the market, but the one that never seems to come and go is the diet pill. No matter the brand, diet pills have been the go to product for dieters everywhere for a long time and even though the results may vary, diet pills will probably be around for a long time. I’ve personally tried more than my share of quick fix diets, but I’ve never ventured into the world of diet pills, although not because I haven’t thought about it. I know some people who swear by them and would argue you into the ground if you tried to prove otherwise, but at the end of the day I think the only ‘magic pill’ that truly works is found in the gym.
