Add Weight to your Abs
Most casual gym-goers never really implement free weights into their abs routine, opting instead to use machine weights or avoid weights altogether. While adding free weights to your abs routine can sometimes require help from a fitness professional, there are easy ways for the novice gym-goer to use free weights:
Start with an weighted-ball, around 2-3 pounds, and position yourself securely on an incline abs bench. With your shoulders off the bench and hands completely straight up in air hold the ball, crunch up towards the sky for 10-15 reps. See how that feels, and increase your weight as you become stronger.
Good advice. Thanks for all the reminders. Good way to keep readers thinking while exercising. Love to be reminded of the thing I learned long ago together with new stuff.
Thanks again..
