It is no secret that I have an intense love for red velvet cupcakes. It’s the luscious texture, delicious flavor, and overall bite experience that keep me hooked. Not to mention my belief that everyone should have the chance to splurge on one of their diet weaknesses, in moderation.

Unlike most, I don’t have a particular obsession with sweets and I actually hate chocolate candy. My teeth are very sensitive to sugar. Even when I eat a red velvet cupcake, I only devour 25% of the creme cheese frosting.

I’m curious to know, what’s your diet weakness? Do you have to steal a piece of chocolate at least once a week? Is fried chicken a “must have” at least once a month?
