Hydration

Cracked lips are the first sign of dehydration. If you’ve been a little laxed on drinking water regularly, you might want to jump back on the horse and get your fill to bring back the moisture.

Our bodies are made up of 70 percent water and when we don’t get enough of it our skin tells all. Be diligent about staying hydrated and you’ll notice the immediate difference in your lips, not to mention your hair and skin.
