Equipment Needed: Blender
- 2 cups fresh organic whole cranberries
- 1 cup spring water
- 1 whole valencia orange
- 15 medjool dates
- 1 TBS sea moss powder
- 1/4 tsp cardamon powder
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Add water, cranberries, dates, Irish moss, peeled orange, and cardamon powder to blender.
- Blend on high until mixture is completely smooth. If you desire sweeter cranberry sauce, add more dates to taste.
- Remove from blender and stir in orange zest. Enjoy.
