Water is natural filler and something our bodies can never get enough of. Often times when we’re thirsty we can mistake our body’s need for water with hunger, causing us to grab the first unhealthy thing we see.   1. Not true. One can drink too much water. It’s called water intoxication, which results from drinking so much water that you’re electrolytes go out of balance. Irregular heartbeat, seizures, even death can result.
