Eat frequently

I’ve never been good at that whole “6 small meals a day” thing. Mostly because I always end up overeating. But when you’re running like crazy and torching calories, you need to eat often. For me, it’s a 300-400 calorie breakfast, a morning snack with protein (like apple slices and peanut butter), a veggie-based lunch, an afternoon snack with protein, and dinner.
