That’s right! I made sure I had a little extra room in my luggage to take a few essentials with me for the trip. I made sure I had my swimsuit to splash around and do a few laps in the pool. But I also packed a jump rope; and since the laptop was already in tow, I figured it would be a good idea to take a workout DVD. I figured in any case, I could always take my workout with me. I selected a few easy travel snacks for the trip like Craisins, trail mix, and dried apricots.

  1. Wonderful tips! Thanks so much for this article. I’m on the way to my autumn vacay down in Key West which has lots of healthclubs but not much veggies. Great seafood though!
