OBAMA – New health law expands Medicaid coverage to include as many as 17 million people and setting national eligibility standards to include childless adults who have in the past been considered optional by states.

ROMNEY – Supports blog grants and reducing federal spending on Medicaid to save $100 billion per year by 2016.
