Affordable Care Act

OBAMA – The 2010 Affordable Care Act Includes programs that broaden access to coverage and treatment, and eventual elimination of the coverage gap in Medicare Part D and add a cap on out-of-pocket expenses.

ROMNEY – Romney would create an executive order that paves the way for the federal government to issue Affordable Care Act waivers to all 50 states and would pursue policies that give each state the power to craft health care reform at the state level and create a level playing field for competition.
