The singer who has recently added actress to her title of talents inspired us all this year with her 50 pound weight loss story.
After changing her diet, incorporating a healthier lifestyle, and working with a personal trainer, Sparks has dramatically transformed her body and celebrated her achievement in a swim suit on the cover of SHAPE magazine.
Jordin is adamant that there was no secret to her weight-loss. She took her time and stayed consistent:
“There is no secret. It’s just eating better and working out! It’s definitely a daily thing. My mom’s best friend is a Zumba instructor and I loved it. I started with walking then went to jogging and then Zumba. I started [working with a trainer] and we did 30 minutes of circuit training so I didn’t feel like I needed to be in the gym for two hours.”
