This girl truly runs the world. The new mommy bounced back immediately after giving birth and stunning fans with a near-perfect body. But we all know that if we had the same resources as Queen B, we’d look like a stunner also.

Apparently, Mrs. Carter ditched the sugar and fried foods and maintained a strict diet full of leafy greens and lean meats. Having a full-time personal trainer didn’t hurt either.

But what separates her is her talent and hard work. It kicked in was once Beyoncè had to prepare for her big show in Atlantic City — just six months after giving birth.

“Y’all have no idea how hard I worked!

I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!”

Now tonight I’m gonna get chocolate wasted!”
