You know we had to fit in working out somewhere! Whenever you’re feeling stressed one of the best ways to get through it is by getting your body moving. The endorphins released by physical or positive mental activity generate feelings of relaxation and optimism, just what you need to counteract the stressors bringing you down.

So hit the gym, go for a walk, take a yoga class or simply sit in silence and meditate, anything that will help get your blood flowing and your mind clear.
