SLEEP
We know, we know. You’re running on a New York-minute, sleep-when-you-die, sleep-is-for-suckers type of mentality. But don’t believe the hype.
While you’re on your late night grind (sometimes venturing to the kitchen for a late night snack) you’re altering your hormone production, affecting cortisol levels that increase insulin sensitivity and continuing to contribute to the bulge.
Get about 7 hours of sleep per night for a healthy body and a flatter stomach.
