Deep Condition
As a 3 year natural, I tend to take every advantage that I can of a good deep condition. While I’m working out, I will saturate my hair with my mixture of oils and conditioners. Any types of oils that I can find — almond oil, coconut oil, and olive oil — with a bit of leave-in conditioner, make for a great mixture.
Once I have that concoction, I simply cover it up with a shower cap, and then cover that with a scarf, and get to work. After I’m done, I simply rinse and go!
