Get Sporty

It’s easier to motivate yourself to work out if you get into some fun winter sports. Try skiing, snowboarding, ice skating or cross-country skiing for a new challenge that will keep you fit throughout the cold months. If you balk at the idea of going outside in freezing temps, try taking up a new indoor activity, like swimming laps in an indoor pool, a hot yoga class or racquetball.
