If you are familiar with something like asparagus — you know what it looks like, tasted it at a restaurant, but never cooked it — then it’s time for a simple veggie experiment. Great! Start simple. Go basic and add pepper, salt, and oil. Maybe you want to get creative and add your favorite spices or herbs like garlic and oregano. Do it! You might also find that you want to enjoy it raw. Cool!
